QuickBooks Pro install not accepting product number.License and product number
I have to upgrade to QuickBooks Desktop Pro to get the July 1st tax table but the install isn't accepting my product number, which I know is correct. I opened my current one and hit F2 and copied the license and product numbers exactly. The license number is fine but I get an error saying the product number is incorrect. It only lets me try three times and cancels install.
